Why We Built This Site
Oregon provides several public routes, yet each answers a different question. Gilliam County deputy reports begin with the sheriff, regional bookings belong to NORCOR, and filed charges and dispositions remain with Gilliam County Circuit Court. Oregon State Police CJIS maintains the central criminal-history repository, while ODOC and Oregon Sex Offender Online Search serve separate custody and registry needs. The purpose here is to arrange those official contacts and procedures in a usable order.

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Oregon court, sheriff, police department, or state agency. Its role has firm limits:

Only the issuing sheriff, court, or Oregon State Police CJIS can supply an official copy; the document must come from its government custodian.
